A close relative suggested I contact Anna for help with my dog, Tyson. I was told by a different trainer that he couldn’t be trained, was rather stupid, and too big. I was also told that his breed can't be trained (Olde English Bulldog).

Anna told me that he could be trained and, oh my, she has done just that! After his first session, the change was amazing. Tyson used to barge through doorways and just take off outside on his leash. We couldn’t take him out safely anymore and also couldn’t get his leash and harness on him without hassle.

Well, let me tell you, now I’m walking him on my own. Tyson waits at the door till I say he can go. His recall is brilliant. He does as he’s told in the house. It’s a pleasure to have him around us. This woman is amazing with everything she does. Anna is a lovely person and goes out of her way to help you with the training. I can't recommend her enough. We reached out to Anna after having months of difficulties with walking our Malinois, Four, who had become incredibly reactive towards cars bikes runners and dogs. We started inside working on doorway protocols and moved onto lead desensitising, all working on not bringing any chaotic energy outside the house. We then worked on heeling and building the bond between handler and dog. We also worked on recall training in an enclosed field and are so happy with the outcome. We can now walk Four without any triggers so walks are now a pleasure for us and Four enjoys them too!

Anna’s communication throughout the training program was great and she is always there should you need any advice. I would highly recommend Anna, her enthusiasm is amazing and she clearly enjoys what she does! Anna has been amazing at helping us and Bonnie live a more harmonious existence. We now have our nights back and visitors are less likely to be constantly barked at as soon as they step through the front door. Annas knowledge of Dachshund's and dogs overall was very obvious and gave us so many hints and tips to make Bonnie's day so much more and fun and interactive with the whole family!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Anna at Denzels Dog Training to help our Lhasa Apso puppy, Boo, with recall and place/stay training—and the results have been fantastic!

Boo is a bright but independent little dog, and we needed guidance on making recall more reliable and establishing a ‘place’ command to help manage her around the house. Anna was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, using positive reinforcement techniques that made the sessions fun and engaging for Boo.

During our training, we saw immediate progress. Boo quickly started to understand that ‘Place’ meant going to her bed and staying there, which is starting to make a difference in our daily routine. Anna also gave us great advice on managing common puppy behaviours, like avoiding accidents in new environments. One of the biggest takeaways for us was how much our tone of voice and body language impact Boo’s learning.

We really appreciate the structured yet playful approach that Anna took—training felt like a game for Boo, which made her eager to learn. The guidance we received has given us confidence in continuing her training at home, and we’re already seeing lasting improvements.

I needed to train my dog Brandy and was at my wits end when Anna was recommended by a dog walker and
it’s been wonderful!

Through Anna, Brandy is starting to walk well. She sits and lies down at my command. It is now a pleasure to take her out for walks. Brandy loves it when I use the extended lead because then she is free to run and sniff further away from me. On my command and with the whistle she comes back.

Currently, we are training Brandy not to jump when she meets someone. This is a bit tricky but she will get there. It needs perseverance. 😅 I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for Anna.

After only the 2nd training session with Anna, our Spaniel/Kelpie X, Bonnie, has shown much improvement with barking at people and pulling on the lead Anna clearly explained how important body language is, and then put it in writing comprehensively so that I can remind myself.

Bonnie is a nervous dog and we rehomed her from a poor living situation, but when Anna is around, Bonnie is confident. We worked on stopping her anxious barking at the window and at the neighbour when he comes over or when we visit. I am building my confidence so I can be a better support for Bonnie and the training we are doing is really helpful for this!

Richie & Salvador
I called Anna to help me with my boy Salvador. He is a 3-year-old Dalmatian, and I got him from a rescue when he was two. He’d been brought in as his family couldn’t handle his hyperactive, energetic, nature. I thought I could manage it, but soon found I was struggling with his daily exercise needs and crazy leash pulling, along with some destructive behaviour in the home.
It was such a relief to have Anna come and work with us on the basic obedience Salvador needed and go on walks with us in my neighbourhood to fix the leash pulling behaviour. Anna is a great communicator and was very well-informed about the breed and coached me to help Sal learn what he’d never been taught. Anna advised us on secure fields I can book to let him run off lead, enjoy himself and also practise recall. Salvador quickly learned it was great fun to run to me when he heard the whistle. Five sessions, consistent practice, and video call support from Anna has completely changed how we live together, and we are now happier, much more fulfilled, and have way more fun! Highly recommended!
