I contacted Anna as I needed guidance for 2 year old cockerpoo Winnie. She reacted to the hoover and was nervous around children and bikes, but also needed to learn recall...there were other minor quirks, but Winnie responded quickly to Anna's direction. It's both a learning process for myself and Winnie but I can see a difference already and Anna is only a WhatsApp text away - very helpful!
